“ This is my favorite restaurant! Ive been going there for 30 years and Ive never been disappointed. The chips are thick and hot served with two kinds of salsa. The Chile rellenos are the best Ive ever had. The chicken strips are huge! They have remodeled and its nice but this isnt a fancy restaurant. Its more of a hole in the wall. I havent been to the new location but I hope the food is the same there. ”
“ Food was really good ...green salsa was hot and delicious. Only thing disappointing is that the floors and windows were dirty. ”
“ Asado is so good, the carne guisada, SO GOOD!! ”
“ Truly vintage TexNew Mexican mom and pop restaurant. Friendly hard working people. Try the Huevos Rancheros for breakfast. ”
“ Great breakfast! I work nights and can go in the afternoon and get eggs and the works. This is their steak Ranchero, and with the chips and salsa, even a hungry working person will be plenty full! The service is tops, and it almost feels like home! ”
“ Great prices, authentic Mexican food. A great find! Affordable, tasty and great service! ”
“ I had the asado burritos, and was far from disappointed. Great burritos, great salsa, nice staff! EDIT Ive been coming here a while and have decided the asado plate is the way to go. It tastes great, and I only wish they would give me more tortillas! ”
“ This is THE best place in Hobbs. It is small, but well worth the wait, if you have to wait. The food is so good. Asado is so tender and flavorful. I had to order some to go since I dont live in Hobbs anymore. I dont even like lemonade, but that is what I got while here cuz it is so good! Not too tart, not too sweet! They have so many choices on the menu too. My son got chicken strips and they were tender and juicy! We had lunch here on Saturday and came back for breakfast on Sunday! Do your yourself a favor and give this place a try! ”
